This stylish Paris apartment is close to the Porte St. Martin and the Museum of Arts et Métiers is just two blocks away.
Within a few minutes more you can be in the beautiful Marais district, home to the Hôtel de Ville (Paris’s City Hall). Venturing just a little further east into Le Marais, you’ll happen upon the exquisite Place des Vosges. History, design, and commerce come together in this little oasis of Parisian urban privacy.
This architect designed apartment has an open plan living dining and kitchen area, a sleeping area and a bathroom. It is on the second floor of this building (no lift).
The living area has a modern pull-out couch (sleeps two), a second couch, coffee tables and a flat screen TV with DVD player and CD player. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The entire space flows through, from living to the sleek and high-tech kitchen, well equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, a toaster and plenty of utensils.
The sleeping area is open plan to the rest of the space, but can be made private by unfurling a curtain of hanging silk threads. There is a comfortable double bed and bedside table with lamp.
The bathroom is a modernist treasure in itself, with sleek geometric white fixtures contrasting with smooth black walls. It provides a bath with shower over, a hand basin and a WC. A hair dryer is provided.
The apartments also has a washing machine and dryer and WiFi internet access.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
