Hotel de Ville Ice Skating
Ice skating has always been a popular pastime during the cold months of winter. So it is no wonder in Paris, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, ice skating is available from December until March every year, the Hôtel de Ville opens an ice skating rink to the public.
The best part is the event is free, you just have to pay five euros if you do not have ice skates. The rink is open from Monday-Thursday 12pm-10pm; Friday 12pm-12am; Saturday 9am-12am; and Sunday 9am-10pm.
Not only is skating the only activity, but checking out the very historic Hôtel de Ville is also a good idea. It houses the mayor of Paris as well as most of the the city of Paris's administration.
Ice skating can be a funny, pleasant, and inexpensive way to spend a Friday night with the family in Paris. It does not hurt getting even more exercise while skating wither, working off all the baguettes eaten.
