To the north, you’re walking distance from Montmartre and Sacre Cœur, to the south, the Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens and the Seine. You’re a stone’s throw from the Pompidou Center and the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall). This is one of the most perfectly located places you could find in the great city.
A classic Parisian elevator whisks you up to the 6th (top) floor of this magnificent building. The apartment is located down a small stairway from the hallway and presents a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room is light and bright due to the large windows. The hardwood floors simply add to the airy feeling. There is a pull out couch (sleeps 2 people), TV, DVD player, CD player, and coffee table, and off to one side, a dining table off the kitchen. Being at the top of the building, you get full light and sun, and of course it’s beautifully quiet.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of utensils.
The bedroom is of clean and modern design with a double bed and a mirrored closet. A glass block wall flanks the bed on one side, behind which is the bathroom.
The bathroom is clean in gleaming white, with the wall of glass on one side and a skylight angled into the Mansard roof on the other. It has a bath and a shower, and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer is provided.
Also provided within the apartment is a washing machine and WiFi internet access.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
