This two bedroom apartment enjoys a great location in one of Madrid's most exciting areas. The apartment features a pleasant, modern decor and modern amenities.
Located in a traditional Chueca building this stylish apartment is just minutes walk from the buzzing shopping area in Fuencarral street and 15 minutes from the district's hub of Plaza de Chueca. Here you will find some of the best and most fashionable restaurants and bars in Madrid.
The lounge area has a double sofa bed, coffee table, and TV with DVD player. There are large floor to ceiling windows throwing lots of natural light into the apartment. There is dining for 6 around a large table. The entire apartment has attractive wood flooring throughout.
The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lights and plenty of wardrobe space.It also has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and reading lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It is also equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc.
The bathroom has a W.C. Hand basin and a shower.
This is ideal for guests looking to be in a smart area and still close to all the shops, cafes and restaurants to explore, making this a perfect base for your Madrid experience.
A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of 4 euros per day.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 22:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
