There is parquet flooring through-out this modern apartment. In the lounge are 2 Bauhaus chrome and leather chairs, and a third comfy chair around a coffee table. There is a workspace with desk and chair and internet access is available. From the lounge are doors opening onto a standing balcony.
There is a modern well equipped fitted kitchen with hob, oven fridge and plenty of pots, pans and tableware. There is a dining table with seating for four off the compact kitchen.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and can be partitioned off with wooden doors for a third to sleep on a single sofa bed chair.
The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and overhead shower, WC and handbasin.
A cleanly decorated bright apartment ideal for a couple or small family.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Security Deposit.
Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
