This wonderful apartment is located close to the Retiro Park, a fantastic park at the very edge of the city centre, with a large lake, monuments and galleries, not to mention the many events that take place here each year, it is tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding city.

The living/dining room is bright and spacious, with floor to ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. It has a luxurious sofa, coffee table, TV and to one side a dining table with seating for 6 guests.
The independent kitchen is modern and well equipped, It has a fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.
The master bedroom has a sumptuous double bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also spacious and elegant, with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps.
The separate bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin.

- A cash security deposit of euros 300 is required on arrival. For stays of more than 21 one days, the deposit can be between Euros 500-800. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of Euros 6 will be applied.

- On days where the above charge does not apply, arrivals after 22.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Arrivals after 01.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 50 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of euros 3 per day, payable on arrival.
