Puerta Toledo, City Centre Apartment with a Pool

This apartment is located in the heart of the city centre close to the Parc del Rastro. This area is famous for its antique stores and open air market which takes place every Sunday and on public holidays.

The spacious, elegant lounge/dining area has wood flooring throughout. It is tastefully decorated with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/ DVD and has free internet access. This leads on to a large, bright and airy dining area, with a dining table and seating for six.

The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.

The main bedroom is spacious, with lots of natural light and a very calm ambiance, it has a double bed with bedside lamps and an en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds and is decorated in a clean and simple style making it a very relaxing space.

An extra fold out bed can be added to accomodate a 5th guest.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, hand basin and WC.

The apartment has air conditioning and also benefits from the use of a residents swimming pool, tennis court, small gymnasium and communal gardens.

This elegant apartment is in a perfect location and has great facilities available, making it an excellent choice for your city break in Madrid.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
