This stylish duplex apartment is located in the Chueca district, only a short walk to Placa de Chueca, home to some of the best and most fashionable restaurants and bars in Madrid.
The air conditioned living area is bright and spacious, furnished in a modern and unfussy style. It has a sofa, coffee table, sofa bed, DVD, TV, table and chairs.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for self catering. There is a fridge, hob, microwave oven, washing machine, kettle and toaster. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms are on the second floor, both are furnished with double beds, bedside cabinets, reading lamps and a wardrobe for storage.
There are two stylish bathrooms in the apartment. One on the ground floor comprising of WC and a hand basin and one on the second floor with WC, hand basin and a shower.
The apartment has a safety deposit box.

A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
For the first 3 days : 7 euros per day
For additional days : 3 euros per day
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
