This fantastic apartment is located in the centre of Madrid in the commercial business district of Castellana, home to the famous Santiago Bernabau stadium.
The living and dining area has a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, lamps, TV/DVD/CD, internet access and a large dining table with chairs. From here you can access the terrace, with a table and chairs, it is the perfect place for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.
The independent kitchen is well equipped, It has a fridge, microwave oven and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed.
There are three bathrooms two with a bath with over head shower and one with a walk in shower, each has a hand basin and WC.
This is a comfortable apartment, situated close to a metro station giving easy access to the entire city, it is the perfect base for exploring all that Madrid has to offer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
- A cash security deposit of euros 300 is required on arrival. For stays of more than 21 one days, the deposit can be between Euros 500-800. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of Euros 6 will be applied.

- On days where the above charge does not apply, arrivals after 22.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Arrivals after 01.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 50 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of euros 3 per day, payable on arrival.
