Opera Mayor, Spacious apartment in great location.

This fantastic penthouse is perfectly located in the centre of the old town, just a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real and near to the Teatro de La Opera. The street below is lined with wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. This is an ideal location for exploring this cosmopolitan city.

The open plan living/dining area is light and spacious and has been furnished to a high standard, with simplicity in mind. It has a double sofa-bed, coffee table, standard lamp, TV with terrestrial Spanish channels. The adjoining kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms, the first is spacious, has a double bed, large wardrobe ensuring ample storage space, bedside cabinet and reading lamps. The second bedroom has a single bed with another single bed stored underneath that pulls out.


There are two bathrooms. The first one has a bath with overhead shower, WC and hand basin. The second has a shower, handbasin and WC.

The whole apartment is fitted with air conditioning and central heating for maximum comfort whether in winter or summer. A great base to enjoy your stay in wonderful Madrid.
