This apartment enjoys a fantastic location close to the Royal Palace and less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, right in the heart of Madrid.

Enjoy the many pedestrian streets, bursting with life, full of vibrant entertainment and sightseeing. It is a convenient location for a great experience in Madrid.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (with lift) it is finished to a high standard with comfort and relaxation in mind. Decorated in a contemporary, clean and unfussy style, the quality furnishings and fittings are designed to offer a calm and relaxed ambiance with all the comforts of home.

The living area has a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD and internet access. With warm wood flooring, it is the perfect place to relax after a hard day sightseeing. From here you can access the standing balcony.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, It has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, small dining table with chairs and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The apartment has two wonderful bathrooms, one has a walk in shower, WC and hand basin and the second has a bath with over head shower, WC and hand basin.
