This Madrid apartment enjoys a fantastic location in Plaza Mayor, right in the heart of Madrid. Just a couple of minutes walk from Gran via and Puerta del Sol, It is famed for its great shopping, tapas bars and cafes. Enjoy the many pedestrian streets, bursting with life, full of vibrant entertainment and sightseeing. It is a convenient location for a great experience in Madrid.

The smart living room enjoys plenty of Mediterranean light. There are two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD/Hi-Fi and wireless broadband internet. There is a smart dining table and chairs for 6 guests. This is all offset by the beautiful wooden floors throughout.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a full oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and plenty of pots, pans and cutlery are provided.

The master bedroom is very large with a luxurious double bed, bedside tables with lamps, TV, two armchairs, plenty of wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom with a bath, two hand basins, bidet and WC.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe area.

An extra fold out bed can be added to accommodate a 7th guest.

There is a second bathroom with a walk in shower, handbasin and WC.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
