This apartment enjoys a fantastic location close to the Royal Palace and just a 10 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, right in the heart of Madrid. Enjoy the many pedestrian streets, bursting with life, full of vibrant entertainment and sightseeing. It is a convenient location for a great experience in Madrid.

The apartment is a fifth floor attico apartment (with lift) nestled in the eaves of the building, as such there are height restrictions in areas of the apartment, please see photographs.

The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, lamps, small dining table with four chairs, TV/DVD and internet access.

The kitchen is well equipped, It has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils, everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and hydro massage shower.

This apartment is wonderfully located, the perfect base for exploring this amazing city.
