This fantastic duplex apartment is located close to Plaza de Espanya and just a short walk to the Royal Palace, this apartment is the perfect base for your Madrid adventure.
The living/dining area is bright and spacious and decorated in a cosy yet modern style. There are two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD and a dining table with seating for six guests. From here you can access the wonderful terrace which has a table and 6 chairs, perfect for alfresco dining.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self catering stay, it has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots pans and glassware. There is also a dining table and chairs.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the lower level one with an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with a smart jacuzzi bath.
On the upper level there are two further bedrooms, one with a desk/office area. There is also a third separate bathroom.
This spacious and cosy apartment enjoys a stylish location and makes a great choice for your Madrid experience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Security Deposit.
Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
