Located close to Plaza de Espanya and just a short walk to the Royal Palace, this apartment is the perfect base for your Madrid adventure.

The living/dining area is bright and spacious and decorated in a cosy yet modern style. There is a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD and a dining table with seating for six guests.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self catering stay, it has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots pans and glassware.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and a second with a walk in hydro shower.

This spacious and cosy apartment enjoys a stylish location and makes a great choice for your Madrid experience.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
