This duplex apartment enjoys a fantastic location close to Plaza Mayor, right in the heart of Madrid. Just a couple of minutes walk from Gran via and Puerta del Sol, It is famed for its great shopping, tapas bars and cafes.
Enjoy the many pedestrian streets, bursting with life, full of vibrant entertainment and sightseeing. It is a convenient location for a great experience in Madrid.
On the lower level you will find the living/dining/ kitchen area a sociable space, with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs and internet access is also available.
The modern kitchen has everything you need for entertaining at home, it is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Also on this level is a bedroom with a double bed (this bedroom does not have a window) and a separate bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
On the upper level you will find the second bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with a WC and hand basin.
Please note: as shown in the photographs some of the sleeping areas have restricted ceiling height.
This is a comfortable apartment, wonderfully located, the perfect base for exploring this amazing city.
A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of 4 euros per day.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 22:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
