This apartment is located in the up-scale Salamanca district, just 5 minutes walk to the Retiro Park and two minutes to the Metro Station Principe de Vergara for easy access around the city.

The apartment is situated in a lovely building, the apartment is bright and spacious and furnished in a traditional style.

The living/dining area is open plan and filled with natural light, there are two comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, DVD, HiFi and WiFi internet access is included. The dining area is spacious with a large table and seating for six guests, there is also a separate study area with a beautiful antique desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, as well as small appliances. It also has a washing area with washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board are also provided.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom and dressing room. There is one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed which share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is beside the kitchen with a single bed and en suite bathroom. A hair dryer is also provided.

With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms this apartment accommodates six guests comfortably and is the perfect choice for your stay in this wonderful city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
