Isidre, Colourful Apartment in the heart of the City
This funky apartment has a great location in the wonderful, historic neighborhood of La Latina. Situated next to the symbolic church of San Andres in this vibrant and diverse part of Madrid.
The spacious lounge has wooden beams and a built in fire place giving it a cosy feel. There is a comfortable sofa, coffee tables and TV/DVD. This leads on to a colourful and welcoming dining area, with a dining table which can comfortably seat four.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with all you will need for entertaining at home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The bedroom is bright and spacious it has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower, hand basin and WC.
This is a cosy apartment in a fabulous location, a perfect base for exploring this amazing city.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Security Deposit.
Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.

"so many bars and restaurants within 10-mins walk (50+)
bakers and a produce market and a supermarket within 5 mins walk.
try eating at the Mercado de San Miguel in the plaza orient (next to the Plaza Mayor). i think it's open until about 2am?
buy wine from one stall and then wander the market buying different items from individual stalls. the 10-minute walk from the apartment is along a street called Calle Cava Baja which is completely lined with tapas bars, restaruants and cafe's."
