- Payment: For this apartment your card will be charged a deposit of 35% of the booking price at the time of booking. This will be in 2 parts. One part will be charged by Loving Madrid, the other will be charged by the apartment management company,
- As with most hotels, when you arrive you will be asked to provide a damage deposit of EUR 200. This deposit will be cancelled at check-out provided the apartment is returned in good condition.
- Cancellations:
- The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Arrivals on Saturdays and Sundays and Special Holidays will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 EUR which is INCLUDED in the price quoted.
- On days where the above charge does not apply, arrivals after 22.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 25 EUR which is NOT included in the price quoted.
