Hemingway, Spacious apartment in a great location.

This apartment is perfectly located in the centre of the old town, with Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol just a five minute walk away and the buzzing Plaza Santa Ana with bars, restaurants and theatres, on your doorstep.

The living room is bright and spacious, with a comfortable sofa-bed for two people, an additional sofa, coffee table, TV/DVD/CD player and free internet access. In the spacious hall there is a dining table with chairs.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with all you will need for your self catering stay, it has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils to make dining at home very easy.

The apartment has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, plenty of wardrobe space and a smart ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and WC. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, bedside tables with lamps and storage space. There are two additional folding beds which fold out into single beds and can be placed in the bedrooms. Please note, the third bedroom does not have air conditioning, but is equipped with a ceiling fan.

There is a separate bathroom which is smart and spacious, it has a walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

This is a wonderful apartment, very comfortable and well located, a fantastic base for exploring this amazing city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• The remaining balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or Paypal.
• A folding cot is available upon request for an extra cost of EUR 50 for the entire stay.
• For arrivals after 10pm and public holidays there is an extra charge of EUR 30.
• There is a EUR 200 security deposit required to cover any damages. This deposit can be paid in advance through bank transfer or via Paypal at least one week before arrival or on cash upon check-in.
• This security deposit is refunded assuming no damages, and is returned no later than 48hours after departure via bank transfer or Paypal.
• Cancellations. If you reduce the number of guests, after booking, no refund or reduction in price will be made.
• Cancellations received 7 days or more from the start date 50% of the remaining balance paid will be refunded. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start date no refund will be made.
