During the day the majority of activity is concentrated on the numerous shops and boutiques of both international and independent designers, and the chic cafes. At night, the area is known for its innovative restaurants, bars, and clubs. This apartment is just 15 minutes stroll away from the heart of the area - Plaza de Chueca.
This two-bedroom apartment, is on the first floor and has three balconies offering views out to the street below. Appointed to a high standard, this apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen, cable television, Wi-Fi Internet connection and DVD player.
The smart and comfortable living room is bright and sunny with two balconies accessed via sliding windows. It is very comfortably furnished with a double sofa bed, arm chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs.
The first bedroom is bright and spacious, with a balcony, two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside cabinets and a reading lamp.
The second bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and reading light.
The fully equipped independent kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, hand basin and W.C.
A safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels are also provided.
Air conditioning and heating ensure this apartment provides a perfect base all year round.
A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.

For additional days : 3 euros per day
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
