The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and three balconies from which you can enjoy the city streets below.
The living room is spacious and bright with attractive wood flooring throughout. There is a comfortable double sofa bed plus additional seating, a dinning table and chairs, TV and DVD player. There is also free broadband internet available.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Plenty of pots, pans and tableware are provided making self catering very simple.
The first bedroom has a single bed, built-in wardrobes, night table and lamp.
The second bedroom has a double bed, night tables and a wardrobe.
The smart bathroom has a full bath, overhead shower, wc and washbasin.
This is a smart apartment, spacious and bright, located in a popular and convenient position in buzzing Madrid.
A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
For the first 3 days : 7 euros per day
For additional days : 3 euros per day
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
