This sunny apartment is situated in the fashionable Chueca district. Chueca is one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Madrid. During the day the majority of activity is concentrated on the numerous shops and boutiques of both international and independent designers, and the chic cafes. At night, the area is known for its innovative restaurants, bars, and clubs. This two-bedroom flat is appointed to the highest standard and has balconies offering views over the streets below. The apartment is on the third floor with a lift.
The sunny and very spacious living room has two standing balconies providing lots of natural Light and views of the surrounding city. Air conditioned and very comfortably furnished the living area provides a double sofa bed, arm chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs. There is free Wi-Fi Internet access and a DVD player and a TV.
The independent kitchen is fitted and equipped all in white, with attractive floor tiling throughout. It has a fridge freezer, washing machine, hob and oven plus a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.
The first bedroom is very bright, with a standing balcony. It has two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a reading lamp.
The second bedroom also has a standing balcony, a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and reading light.
The bathroom has a full bath and shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
A safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are also provided.

A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid in cash on arrival.
For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
For the first 3 days : 7 euros per day
For additional days : 3 euros per day
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
- Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00am will be charged an extra 25 euros per apartment. Arrivals after 1:00am will be charged an extra 40 euros per apartment.
- Arrivals after 3:00am only by prior arrangement.
- The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings for 1 or 2 apartments for less than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 euro (admin fee).
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
- Bookings for more than 2 apartments or for more than 3 weeks:
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay.
- Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 60% of the whole stay.
- No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
