This is a great apartment perfectly located in the centre of the old town, just 5 minute walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and places of interest like Museo del Prado, Parque del Retiro and Museo Thyssen Bornemisza.

The bright and spacious living area has two smart leather sofas, coffee table and a TV with terrestrial Spanish channels. From the living area you can step out onto the standing balcony. The separate dining area has a table with chairs and a double sofa-bed.

The fully equipped independent kitchen is supplied with all you will need for your self catering stay. There is a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and table with chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms one with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, each has a large wardrobe ensuring ample storage space and bedside tables with lamps. Please note, the first double bedroom is not air conditioned.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, WC and a hairdryer is also provided.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout, with central heating for maximum comfort whether in the winter or summer. This apartment is very comfortable and well located and is fantastic value for your city break

• Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
• For this apartment a cash security deposit of euros 150 is required on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
• For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of Euros 6 will be applied.
• Arrivals on Sundays and Special Holidays will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is INCLUDED in the price quoted.
• On days where the above charge does not apply, arrivals after 22.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
• Arrivals after 01.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 50 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
• Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of euros 3 per day, payable on arrival.
• Cancellations.
• For cancellations and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
