This fantastic apartment is located in the historic neighborhood of La Latina. A lively area with an abundance of traditional tapas bars, a fantastic location for your Madrid experience.

This apartment is a real home from home, it is cosy with lots of character and yet spacious and full of natural light. It is decorated in a modern style, with wood flooring and beams along with comfortable furnishings to compliment its individual character.

The open plan lounge/dining room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa, armchair, and TV/DVD/CD. There is a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, It has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

The main bedroom is spacious, with a calm and relaxed ambiance. It has a double bed, beside table with lamps, TV, walk in dressing area and desk/office area by the balcony.

The fully tiled bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

This apartment is perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring this amazing city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
