This apartment is located in the up-scale Salamanca district, just five minutes walk from the Metro which connects you to the entire city. The apartment is very spacious and full of natural light. It is decorated in a modern style, with wood flooring throughout, it has a very warm and relaxing feel.
The open plan lounge/dining room is a generous size, with distinct areas for relaxing, dining and a study area with internet access if you absolutely have to work! The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee tables and TV/DVD/CD. There is a large dining table which comfortably seats six.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, providing all you need for entertaining at home. It has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.
The main bedroom is spacious, with stylish, comfortable furnishings which create a feeling of harmony. There is a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, an armchair, and lots of wardrobe space.
The fully tiled bathroom is bright and airy with contemporary fittings. It has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
This apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfort in mind, it is well appointed and a great base for exploring the vibrant city of Madrid.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations.
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
- Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
- Security Deposit.
Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
