This apartment is situated in excellent location, being less than fifteen minutes walk from the Prado National Museum and the Queen Sofia Art Museum, The Plaza Royal and the Royal Palace, the official residence of the King of Spain.
Within the neighbourhood you are able to enjoy fine Spanish cuisine, and food from the most diverse countries. Night-life is particularly good in this area. You can find various bars offering you live music to local ethnic music.
The apartment is in a modern building accessible with a lift. It has one bedroom which is upstairs, a living area, a dining area, a lobby with built in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The main living area has a sofa which turn into a double sofa bed, a dining table easily seating four, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, reading lamps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and all the equipment you would need for your perfect stay.
The bedroom is located up the winding stairs having two single beds (90 x 190cm), a double closet and a bedside table with a reading lamp.
Also on this level you have a private wrap around terrace with a dining table and four chairs making it a perfect space for al fresco dining in the warm summer months!
The bathroom has a bath with shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.
A cot is available on request, complimentary internet access is available and an iron and ironing board are included.
You are able to park locally with a charge of 20 EUR per day.

- Cancellations made more than 14 days of arrival will be charged 25% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made between 7 - 14 days before your arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival will be charged 75% of the total booking cost.
- If you cancel on date of arrival you will be charged 100% cancellation charges.
