This apartment is situated in excellent location, being less than fifteen minutes walk from the Prado National Museum and the Queen Sofia Art Museum, The Plaza Royal and the Royal Palace, the official residence of the King of Spain.
Within the neighbourhood you are able to enjoy fine Spanish cuisine, and food from the most diverse countries. Night-life is particularly good in this area. You can find various bars offering you live music to local ethnic music.
The apartment is in a modern building accessible with a lift. It is very bright having one bedroom, a living area, a dining area, a lobby with built in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The main living area is open plan with the kitchen having a sofa which turns into a double sofa bed, a dining table easily seating four, a flat screen TV, a coffee table and a mirror. There is also a big storage unit giving you plenty of room to store your belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and all the equipment you would need.
The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm), a double closet and bedside table with a reading lamp.
The bathroom is finished to a high standard having a shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom.
A cot is available on request, complimentary internet access is available and an iron and ironing board are included.
You are able to park locally with a charge of 20 EUR per day.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of arrival will be charged 25% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made between 7 - 14 days before your arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival will be charged 75% of the total booking cost.
- If you cancel on date of arrival you will be charged 100% cancellation charges.
