This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area, but with popular Alcala Street nearby, this apartment has the best of both worlds.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. It has an amazing roof terrace, communal swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens.

The spacious lounge/dining room is bathed in natural light, with two comfortable sofas,coffee table and TV/DVD/CD. The large dining area is also very bright and airy, it has a large table which comfortably seats six.

The large independent kitchen is equipped with a range of modern quality appliances. It has a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.

There are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds, comfortable furnishings and lots of natural light. An extra fold out bed can be added for a 5th guest.

The fully tiled bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

This apartment is a home from home, with the added bonus of a great roof terrace, swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens, a great base for your stay in this amazing city.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cancellations.
• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date of the booking will incur an additional charge of 25% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made between 28 days and 16 days of the arrival date will incur an additional charge of 50% of the total booking price in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will incur an additional charge of the full outstanding balance. The deposit paid is non-refundable.
• Arrivals after 10pm are charged an additional 30 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Arrivals after 12am are charged an additional 50 EUR, payable on arrival.
• Security Deposit. Guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of EUR 200 which will be returned on departure less any costs for damages.
