This bright, well equipped studio is less than a 15 minute walk from the Prado National Museum and the Queen Sofia Art Museum. It is located in the neighbourhood of Lavapies the most typical and authentic neighbourhoods of the capital. Within the neighbourhood you are able to enjoy the fine Spanish cuisine, and food from the most diverse countries. Night-life is particularly good in this area. You can find various bars offering you live music to local ethnic music.
The studio is located in a classic building. It is very bright having one double bed, a living area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The main living area is all open plan having a sofa turning into a double sofa bed sleeping two, a dining table easily seating two, a flat screen TV, a coffee table and a mirror. There is also a big storage unit giving you plenty of room to store your belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a freezer and all the equipment you would need. There is also a breakfast bar having two stools.
The double bed is in the open plan area but there are large blinds which pull down to make it much more private.
There is one bathroom having a shower, a W.C, a hand basin and a hair dryer.
There is air conditioning in the living room.
A cot is available on request, complimentary internet access is available and an iron and ironing board are included.
You are able to park locally with a charge of 20 EUR per day.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days of arrival will be charged 25% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made between 7 - 14 days before your arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your arrival will be charged 75% of the total booking cost.
- If you cancel on date of arrival you will be charged 100% cancellation charges.
