Ana, Fantastic apartment, great central location.
This delightful, simply furnished apartment is incredibly well located in the centre of Madrid. Just a 5 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, vibrant buzzing streets full of traditional tapas bars, cafes, and shops. This really is a fantastic location for your Madrid experience.
The open plan living/dining area has a large comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, TV with terrestrial Spanish channels and DVD. To one side there is a fully equipped kitchen, it has an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The rich wooden floors give a touch of simple classic style.
There is an open plan bedroom with a double bed situated in the eaves with attractive sloping wooden beams. (please note, as shown in the photographs there is a height restriction). There is a single bed on a separate level, this area is open plan to the main bedroom.
The modern stylish bathroom is spacious and bright, it has a walk in shower, sink and WC. A hairdryer is also provided.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning and central heating. There is a communal terrace where you can relax after a busy day exploring this wonderful city.
Please note: Between the hours of midnight and 10am it is not permitted to use the air conditioning in this building.

- Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of euros 150 is required on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of Euros 6 will be applied.
- Arrivals on Sundays and Special Holidays will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is INCLUDED in the price quoted.
- On days where the above charge does not apply, arrivals after 22.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 30 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Arrivals after 01.00 hours will be subject to a check-in fee of 50 Euros which is NOT included in the price quoted.
- Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, there is a charge of euros 3 per day, payable on arrival.
- Cancellations.
- For cancellations and for no-shows a charge equivalent to one night will be made.
