OTA were helpful and courteous. When the lift broke and our TV didn't work they responded to my call promptly. Unfortunately the lift was still broken when we left which meant lugging cases down the stairs. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable in a fantastic location.

I also really appreciated the bucket of food and supplies. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was the fact that the shower screen was too small and water got everywhere when you showered, but this is an extremely minor point, the apartment was lovely. The booking process could be made better - I had to follow up to make sure my payment got processed when it seemed to be the case that it would be done automatically. This apartment should be recommended for its closeness to Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and access to the City of London (only 10 mins walk) - I didn't realise just how close it was until I got there.
