This apartment building is located next to the River Thames in an excellent location for visiting the sights of London. It is on London's South Bank and enjoys wonderful views of the Houses of Parliament.
The apartments are modern and spacious, well equipped. There is a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments within the building. Please note that not all apartments have a view of the Houses of Parliament. This cannot be guaranteed.
The building is safe and secure with CCTV, a secure entry system and security guards. There is also a secure on site car park (GBP 5 per night).
These spacious three bedroom apartments consist of a large living area, incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area has two double sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. The TV is a 30 inch Home Entertainment system which receives a standard satellite package and there is also a direct dial telephone provided. Broadband internet is also available for a charge of GBP 2 per day or GBP 10 per week. Also in this space is a dining table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also a walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom provides for all your needs with a shower, toilet, handbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rails. The apartment also has ironing facilities.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV and an X Box console.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and so is ideal for children.
The second bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- PLEASE NOTE: There are many apartments of this type in the building, therefore we would not be able to guarantee a specific floor level. The photographs of the apartment are representative of the style and standard of the apartment that you will receive your during your stay and may not be of the exact apartment that you are allocated.
- The deposit for this booking is split into 2 transactions, one for Loving Apartments Limited, and the second for the accommodation managers. Both deposits are non-refundable. The payment to the accommodation manager is taken automatically from the credit card you supply. The remaining balance will then be taken 21 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, the full rental amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- Payments due to the accommodation managers will be subject to a 3% surcharge, if using Visa or Mastercard, and 4% if using American Express. There is a GBP 1.00 charge for using a Visa Debit Card.
In the event of cancellation for bookings of 1 or 2 apartments OR for stays of less than 3 weeks: The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to GBP 20.
- Cancellations received between 15-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received 4-14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
- For bookings of more than 2 apartments OR for stays of longer than 3 weeks: The following charges will apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received between 8-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- For any bookings made more than 91 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged 25% of the total booking cost at time of booking. The remaining 75% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made 91 days or less prior to arrival the total cost of your stay will be due upon booking.
- For all payments using a Visa or MasterCard a 3% surcharge will apply. If paying the balance by AMEX a 4% surcharge will apply.
- In case of any cancellation the booking deposit is non - refundable.
- If the remaining 75% of balance payment is not received three days after the due date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the initial deposit will be lost.
- Once the total booking cost has been paid this is non refundable.
- If you wish to reduce the number of nights for your stay the nights being reduced will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the Olympic cancellation policy.

The greeter was really helpful, replacing a broken hairdryer within 10 mins and generally being very pleasant. There were no bedclothes for the sofa bed - although we didn't ask our greeter who would have supplied - we only realised late at night when the office was closed.
