This cosy, compact studio apartment provides an open plan living/sleeping and dining area, kitchenette and bathroom.
The living and sleeping area has a double bed, double sofa bed, coffee table, television, DVD player, small wardrobe and WiFi Broadband connection.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The fully tiled shower room has a shower, towel rail, hair dryer, handbasin and WC.
The apartment building offers a washing machine and dryer for communal guests use.
Also provided in the apartment is an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer
The apartments are on floor 1 - 5 (no lift), and the floor level cannot be guaranteed.

- On arrival you will be asked to provide valid credit card details as security against any damage caused to the apartment.
- In the event of cancellation both your initial booking deposit and the equivalent to the first two nights rental are non-refundable.
- A further cancellation charge of 50% of the remaining balance will also apply. Refundable in the event that the apartment can be re-let.
- Check in is from 3pm. The apartment manager is not able provide early check in and does not have a luggage storage facility.
