Located in the heart of historic Clerkenwell and within the district of Farringdon these apartments are well connected for all that Central London has to offer. Exmouth Market which is just a short walk away, hosts a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Covent Garden, Oxford Street in the West End and the financial district “The City” is only a few stops away by tube.

These bright modern studio apartments are well equipped with a king size bed, open plan living, dining, kitchen area and en suite shower room.

There is a king size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, and wardrobe which provides a partial separation from the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a sofa, flat screen T.V., I pod docking station, telephone, coffee table, dining table and chairs.

The kitchenette has an oven and small hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, toaster and all the utensils you will need.

The bright bathroom has a shower, handbasin, hair dryer and W.C.

A weekly maid and linen service, laundry & dry cleaning service, communal laundry facilities, in-room safe, iron and ironing board are all provided for your convenience. Cots are available on request.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A refundable security deposit up to GBP 350.00 will be charged to your card as a Pre Authorisation on arrival. Assuming no damages this will be released at departure.
  • Bookings that are between 1 and 7 nights must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of one nights accommodation.
  • Bookings of 8 nights or more should be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
  • Bookings of 28 + nights or more should be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation.
  • Booking Olympic Conditions:
  • For June, July and August 2012 full payment will be required in advance and is non refundable and non transferable.
