Only twenty minutes walk to London’s financial district and well-connected to The City and the West End by tube, train and road, Town Hall stands at the heart of the East End. The celebrated and vibrant areas of Shoreditch, Hoxton, Columbia Road and Broadway market are all just minutes away.
There is a daily shuttle from Town Hall Hotel & Apartments to Liverpool Street & Bank Station between Monday and Friday.
The in-house restaurant Viajante has been awarded a Michelin star in the 2011 Michelin Guide.
This air conditioned apartment comprises of a sitting and dining area, two luxuriously comfortable bedrooms with two bathroom as well as all the amenities you need to work as conveniently as in your office.
The apartment has a flat screen TV, a DVD player and an MP3 docking station. Also, free broadband internet connection is provided. There are telephone points and plug sockets in every room.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. Complimentary tea and cafetiere coffee is provided. The work surfaces are in a beautiful stone.
The bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps in each. A single fold out bed is provided for a fifth guest.
The bathrooms are fitted with high quality bespoke bathroom furniture and has a wc, handbasin and a bath with shower over. A hairdryer is provided.
Also within the apartment is an iron and ironing board, a telephone (extra charge), and an alarm clock radio.
All guests will receive a complimentary Drink Voucher valid for the House Cocktail on arrival.
An extra bed can be provided on request for an extra charge. Baby cots can also be provided subject to availability.
Also included is daily maid service. A laundry and dry cleaning service is available within the building which has a 24 hour reception.
Breakfast is available for all guests for an additional charge.
A grocery service is available if booked with the manager prior to 10pm the day before requirement.
Broadband internet is provided free of charge in bedrooms and public areas.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For stays of more than 29 nights the apartment management company will take a further deposit of 25% of the balance payment at the time of booking.
- Thereafter for stays of 1 - 6 nights you must give written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a further cancellation fee of 1 nights rental charge.
- For stays of 7 - 28 nights you must give written notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a further cancellation fee of 3 nights rental charge.
- For stays of 29 nights or more you must give written notice of cancellation at least 14 nights prior to your arrival to avoid a further charge of 14 nights rental charge.
- A security depoit of GBP 50 is made by a pre authorisation and is released upon departure less deductions for any incidental charges or damages incurred.
- Olympic Booking Conditions:
- A minimum stay of 21 nights is required for any stays over and inclusive of the 25th July to the 15th August 2012.
- Please note in addition to the deposit taken by Loving Apartments 25% of the total amount will be required on booking by the apartment manager. The full remaining payment will then be due 6 months prior to arrival.
- All payments once received are non refundable and non transferable.
