The apartments are within a warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 1920's.
There are excellent transport links close by, including Old Street Station underground, Liverpool Street mainline station, and there are 24 hour bus links for easy access across London.
This large studio apartment is presented to a good standard, offering a reception room with an open-plan fully fitted kitchen, mezzanine-level bedroom, shower room and it is located on the second floor of the building.
The living area has a seating area and a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. High speed internet is provided. There is also a sofa bed, a pull down bed and a raised day bed area. There is another double bed on a mezzanine area, up steep stairs, which offers a little more privacy.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and has an oven and hob, microwave oven, a fridge, dishwasher, a toaster and all the utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a long, large table with plenty of seating.
The modern bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
A great space for a group of family or friends, in a great location. Blow up mattresses can be provided.

- This will be taken by your apartment management company 21 days prior to arrival from the credit card provided at the the of booking.
- If you book within 21 days of arrival the full balance will be taken at the time of booking.
- All payments taken by your apartment management company are subject to a 4% credit card surcharge.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 7 days or no prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total balance.
