The apartments are within a warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 1920's.
There are excellent transport links close by, including Old Street Station underground, Liverpool Street mainline station, and there are 24 hour bus links for easy access across London.
This studio apartment is presented to a high standard, offering a living room with a partitioned sleeping area, an open plan kitchen and separate shower room. It is located on the lower ground floor of the building. The living room has a single sofa bed, coffee table and a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. High speed internet is provided.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and has an oven and hob, microwave oven, a fridge, dishwasher, a toaster and all the utensils you will need for your stay.
The sleeping area is located behind a partial partition wall to give some separation from the living area. There is a double bed, bedside table and lamp.
The modern bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

- Balance Payment:
- The balance payment is due 21 days prior to arrival payable by credit card. Your apartment manager will contact you after booking to arrange this.
- All payments taken by your apartment manager are subject to a 4% credit card surcharge.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 7 days or no prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total balance.
