This lovely ground floor apartment is located in a wide tree lined residential street. It is close to all of the amenities of fashionable Notting Hill, just a short walk from the local shops and Ladbroke Grove station.
The apartment has a living room, open plan to the kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, a DVD player and a small dining table and chairs.
The kitchen which is open plan to the living area, has an oven and hob, a fridge, freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. It also has a toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a flat screen TV, plus storage space.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin ans a WC.
Additional services provided include broadband internet connection, a hair dryer, room safe, weekly maid and linen service and a welcome pack.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Additional maid and linen service will be charged at GBP 89. Additional towel or linen changes are charged at GBP 43.
- Where the use of a sofa bed or fold out bed is required please note an additional charge of GBP 43 will apply per linen change which is on the day of check in and then once per 7 days. Please note that this is not within the price calculation, but is an extra charge.
- The remaining balance will be due 21 days prior to arrival, by credit card or bank transfer. For payments made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) a 3% surcharge will be applied and for American Express, a 4% surcharge will apply.
- You will receive an email from the apartment manager with the instructions on how to pay the remaining balance.
- Cancellation Policy.
- Within 21 days of arrival a cancellation charge equivalent to three night's rental will apply.
- For bookings of 14 night's or more, a charge equivalent to 7 night's rental will apply.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS:
- Further to your initial booking deposit 50% of the remaining balance will be payable on booking this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The remaining balance will be required 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
