Thames Walk #6, Stylish Garden Apartment.

The apartment is conveniently located for easy access to central London. For entertainment you have the famous Hammersmith Apollo theatre and a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants including, the famous River Cafe and the riverside pub 'The Dove', the oldest surviving riverside pub in London and maybe the smallest, frequented by Ernest Hemmingway and Graham Greene.

A short walk from the apartment there is an excellent range of local shops with a Sainsburys supermarket five minutes walk away and the shops, shopping centre and cinema on Kings Street in Hammersmith.

This recently refurbished 3 bedroom apartment in Fulham located in a quiet, leafy tree-lined street close to the river with its own garden only a short walk from the tube with excellent links to London’s vibrant West End.

The apartment is located in the affluent area of Fulham and housed in an attractive Victorian building with many original features.

It has been designed to a high standard and comes fully equipped with three double bedrooms, a family bathroom, separate living room and kitchen with dining area.

A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request. Guests will need to provide their own cot bedding. The apartment is equipped with an iPod docking station, an iron and ironing board, and a welcome pack is provided.

The living room has a sofa, a coffee table and leads out on to the garden. There is a T.V with satellite channels, a CD player and a DVD player.

The spacious fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge and a kitchen table and chairs.

There are three bedrooms with a king size bed in each.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a W.C, a hand basin and a heated towel rail.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • Following your initial booking deposit, a further deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager for 20% of the remaining balance. Both deposits are non-refundable. This second payment is taken automatically from the credit card you supply and is subject to a 3% surcharge.
  • The outstanding balance will then be requested automatically by credit card by the apartment manager 6 weeks prior to arrival, for which a 3% surcharge will again apply. The apartment manager is unable to accept either Amex or Diners. Alternatively if paying via electronic bank transfer, please add GBP 20 to amount to cover bank transfer charges. (Bank account details can be provided on request).
  • A GBP 70 cleaning fee is payable on arrival in cash.
  • Cancellation Policy.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your arrival a further 50% of the total cost is payable.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival the full balance will be payable.
