The apartment is located in the affluent area of Fulham and housed in an attractive Victorian building with many original features. The apartment is conveniently located for easy access to London's attractions. Heathrow airport is a 30 minute direct tube journey away. Westminster and the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament are a 15 minute tube journey from Hammersmith with Knightsbridge and shopping at Harrods a 10 minute tube ride away. Leicester Square with all the excitement of Soho and Oxford Street is only an 18 minute tube journey from Hammersmith at non peak times.
For entertainment you have the famous Hammersmith Apollo theatre and a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants including, the modern River Cafe and the famous riverside pub 'The Dove', the oldest surviving riverside pub in London and maybe the smallest, frequented by Ernest Hemmingway and Graham Greene.
This recently refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been designed to a good standard and comes fully equipped with two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is a living room and kitchen.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request. Guests will need to provide their own cot bedding. The apartment is equipped with an iPod docking station, an iron and ironing board, and a welcome pack is provided.
The living room has a double sofa bed and armchair and a coffee table. There is a T.V with satellite channels, a CD player and a DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave and all the cutlery and crockery you will require for your stay. In the kitchen there is also a kitchen table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each.
Both bathrooms come complete with a shower and W.C.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager for 20% of the remaining balance. Both deposits are non-refundable. This second payment is taken automatically from the credit card you supply and is subject to a 3% surcharge.
- The outstanding balance will then be requested automatically by credit card by the apartment manager 6 weeks prior to arrival, for which a 3% surcharge will again apply. The apartment manager is unable to accept either Amex or Diners. Alternatively if paying via electronic bank transfer, please add GBP 20 to amount to cover bank transfer charges. (Bank account details can be provided on request).
- A GBP 70 cleaning fee is payable on arrival in cash.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to your arrival a further 50% of the total cost is payable.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival the full balance will be payable.
