Whilst the apartment does not have a river view, the building is in a stunning location close to the Houses of Parliament, The London Eye and Westminster Abbey.
This bright and contemporary open plan apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, living area with double sofa bed with open plan fully fitted kitchen and family size bathroom.
The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a double bed, both have wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The comfortable living area has a double sofa bed to accommodate additional guests, coffee table, dining table and chairs, LCD T.V., DVD player and CD player.
Open plan to the living area the fully fitted kitchen provides a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full oven with gas hob, toaster, electric kettle, blender, microwave, washing machine and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The tiled bathroom is clean and bright and offers a bath, power shower, toilet and handbasin.
On site parking is also available at 30 GBP per day. An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed charged at GBP 30 per night. There is also a travel cot within the apartment however you are required to provide your own bedding for the cot.
Wireless internet is available on a pay-as-you-go basis via BTFON and credit is purchased for your usage online.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that as this building also accommodates permanent residents, late night parties or excessive noise from guests, is strictly prohibited.
- A refundable cash security deposit of GBP 150 must be paid on arrival to cover any damages. This will be returned to you at check out assuming no damages have occurred.
- A late check-in charge of GBP 25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm or when arrival is more than 3 hours after stated arrival time. There are no check in's permitted after 11.30pm.
- A minimum stay of 5 nights will apply over the New Year period and a minimum stay of 4 nights will apply across the Easter weekend. Between June and August 2012 a 7 night minimum stay will apply.
- Cancellation Policy
- For stays of less than 3 weeks: The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to GBP 20.
- Cancellations received between 15-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received 4-14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
- For stays of 3 weeks or more, a separate deposit and cancellation policy will be advised on request.
