This compact well equipped studio apartment enjoys a fantastic location and modern furnishings. The apartment consists of an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchenette area there is also an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa bed for one additional guest, TV with free view package, DVD player, breakfast bar and complimentary wireless internet access.
The kitchenette has a microwave oven and two burner hob, fridge, and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C., and handbasin. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
An iron and ironing board will be provided during your stay and a weekly cleaning and linen change will be provided. There are communal washing and drying facilities within the building.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A security deposit of GBP 200 will be payable on arrival against any damages incurred during your stay this is fully refundable on departure.
- There are many apartments of this type in the building therefore the photographs on the website may not be of the specific apartment that you will receive. The photographs are representative of the style and standard of the apartment that you will receive.
- Please note, the initial booking deposit is split into two transactions, one for Loving Apartments and one for the management company, London Short Letting Apartments Ltd.
- Further to your initial booking deposit the apartment manager will require a non-refundable booking deposit of GBP 200 at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the remaining balance.
- If you are arriving outside of office hours, your card may be charged the day prior to arrival.
- On arrival you will be required to pay a security deposit which is held for the duration of your stay as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- All payments taken by the apartment manager are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. AMEX is not accepted by this apartment manager.
- You will be required to provide valid photographic ID on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- For bookings up to 14 nights:
- Cancellation notification received up to three days prior to your arrival dates will be subject to an admin fee of GBP 100.
- Cancellation notification received within three days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- Reduction in the length of stay once the stay has begun is not permitted.
- For bookings of 14 nights or more:
- Cancellation notification received up to three days prior to your arrival dates will be subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellation notification received within three days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
