This compact well equipped studio apartment enjoys a fantastic location and modern furnishings. The apartment consists of an open plan living, sleeping, dining and kitchenette area there is also an en-suite bathroom.
The apartment has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa bed for one additional guest, TV with free view package, DVD player, breakfast bar and complimentary wireless internet access.
The kitchenette has a microwave oven and two burner hob, fridge, and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C., and handbasin. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.
An iron and ironing board will be provided during your stay and a weekly cleaning and linen change will be provided. There are communal washing and drying facilities within the building.

- Payment:
- The initial booking deposit will be split into two transactions. On your statement you will see one for Loving Apartments Ltd and one for the management company, London Short Letting Apartments Ltd.
- Further to your initial booking deposit the apartment manager will apply a non-refundable installment to your credit card of GBP 200 at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the remaining balance due.
- All payments taken by the apartment manager are subject to a 3.5% card processing charge.
- If you are arriving outside of office hours, your card may be charged for the remaining balance the day prior to arrival.
- Cancellations:
- For bookings up to 14 nights:-
- Cancellations received up to three days prior to the start date of the booking will be subject to an admin fee of GBP 100.
- Cancellations received within three days of the start date of the booking will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- Reduction in the length of stay once the stay has begun is not permitted.
- For bookings of 14 nights or more:-
- Cancellations received up to three days prior to the start date of the booking will be subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellations received within three days of the start date of the booking will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
