This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is well equipped and ideal for families or groups wishing to enjoy all that London has to offer. Very well connected via both underground and overland services this apartment is the perfect base for your stay in London.
Providing three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area and complimentary wi-fi.
The living area has a double sofa bed, flat screen television with freeview package, DVD, player, free wireless broadband connection, dining table and chairs. Open plan to the modern kitchen, the living and kitchen area is the perfect space in which to relax after a busy day.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all the crockery, cutlery and all pots, pans and cooking utensils that you will require for your stay. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.
All three of the bedrooms have a double bed and storage.The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and W.C. A hairdryer is also provided.
A weekly maid and linen service is provided. Additional cleaning can be provided at GBP 40 per clean. Cots can be provided on request at a charge of GBP 20 per stay.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels the remaining balance of the booking is due in cash on arrival.
- It is also possible to pay the balance in advance of your arrival either by paypal (5% processing fee will apply) or via bank transfer. Please contact us if you wish to pay the balance in advance and we will provide you with the details to do so.
- A security deposit of GBP 150 is payable on arrival as security against any damage incurred during your stay. The lead guest must take a photocopy of photographic ID to provide on check in.
- PLEASE NOTE: For groups of 6 guests or more a security deposit of GBP 60 per person will be payable.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation notification must be received by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the day of cancellation.
- Cancellation notification received within14 nights prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance.
