Sanctum is ideally situated on the edge of Maida Vale and is just a 20 minute tube journey from Piccadilly Circus via Kilburn Park or Maida Vale Tube Stations respectively. Nearby you will find the famous Abbey Road studios, Lord's Cricket Ground and one of the city's most beautiful open spaces, Regents Park.
The apartment building has apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All apartments have wireless internet access, plasma TV and DVD players, air conditioning and much more. The majority of apartments have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, however a few do not have these facilities.
There is a 24 hour reception/concierge, laundry facilities and maid service. There is access to a health club which offers a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam and beauty treatments (charges apply). There are business facilities available and underground parking (subject to availability and an extra charge).
This three bedroom apartment has a living room, three double bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms. Most apartments of this type have a balcony, however a few do not and this cannot be guaranteed.
The living room has a sofa, table and chairs, coffee table, Plasma TV.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, and all the crockery and utensils you will need.
There is one bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms with either a double bed or two single beds. Both have bedside tables, work desk and chair and closet space.
The bathrooms haves a bath with shower over, a W.C and hand basin.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable security deposit of GBP 200 is payable by credit card on arrival. This is refunded after departure assuming no damages.
- Balance Payments:
- Bookings made for stays between October 1st and 20th December 2013 and in January and February 2014 are non refundable promotional rates and require full payment at the time of booking.
- Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival (NOT applicable to June - August bookings): the balance is due immediately.
- Bookings made more than 4 weeks of arrival (NOT applicable to June - August bookings):
- 1 -6 nights stay - a second deposit of 1 nights rental is payable at the time of booking
- 7+ nights - a second deposit of 25% of the balance is payable at the time of booking.
- On arrival, you will be required to pay your outstanding balance for accommodation if any, unless otherwise has been agreed.
- Standard Booking Conditions.
- Cancellation Policy for New Year:
- For stays between December 27th and January 2nd all bookings are non cancellable and non refundable, with 100% charges for any no show.
- For stays between 1st October and 20th December 2013 and in January and February 2014, bookings are non refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation policy for High Season (June 1st August 31st) all bookings for this period are non cancellable and non refundable; full payment upfront is required and a 7 night minimum stay will apply
- For all other dates, for bookings of 1-6 nights you must give more than 72 hours notice, prior to arrival, to avoid further charges.
- For stays of 1-3 nights, if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged a further amount equivalent to one night's rental charge.
- For stays of 4 - 6 nights, if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival you will be charged a further amount equivalent to two night's rental charge.
- For bookings of 7 or more nights (not applicable from June - August)
- You must cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, to avoid further cancellation charges.
- For bookings of 7 - 28 nights if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival a further charge of 7 night's rental will apply.
- For bookings of 29 - 60 nights if you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival a further charge of 14 night's rental will apply.
- For bookings of 61+ nights if you cancel within 6 weeks of arrival a further charge of 21 nights rental will apply.
