The apartment building has apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. All apartments have broadband internet access, plasma TV and DVD players, air conditioning and much more. The majority of apartments have a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, however a few do not have these facilities.

- Cancellation policy for High Season 2012 (June 1st 15th September 2012) all bookings for this period are non cancellable and non refundable; full payment upfront is required and a 14 night minimum stay will apply.
- For all other dates, for bookings of 1-6 nights you must give more than 72 hours notice, prior to arrival, to avoid further charges.
- For stays of 1-3 nights, if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged a further amount equivalent to one night's rental charge.
- For stays of 4 - 6 nights, if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival you will be charged a further amount equivalent to two night's rental charge.
- For bookings of 7 or more nights you must cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, to avoid further cancellation charges.
- For bookings of 7 - 28 nights if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival a further charge of 3 night's rental will apply.
- For bookings of 29 nights or more if you cancel within 14 days prior to arrival a further charge of 7 night's rental will apply.
