This clean, well equipped studio apartment is located in the heart of London's West End, on Charing Cross Road, close to both Soho and Covent Garden. The nearest underground station is Tottenham Court Road, just one minute walk away.
The studio is within walking distance to the many tourist attractions of Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, the theatre district, the National Portrait Gallery, Chinatown, Soho and the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street
The studio is on the first floor of this 1889 Edwardian building with one modern addition: a 1930’s elevator! It is bright and airy with lots of natural light. There is a raised sleeping area with a platform bed. Please note there are ladder type stairs to reach the bed so not suitable for children or the infirm.
Beneath the raised platform are two arm chairs and a coffee table. The living space has a TV with cable channels, a DVD player, and WiFi internet access is provided .
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, toaster, oven and hob, and all the utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a small table and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washing machine/dryer, an iron and ironing board and a phone. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

- Balance Payment:
- This will be taken by your apartment management company 21 days prior to arrival from the credit card provided at the the of booking.
- If you book within 21 days of arrival the full balance will be taken at the time of booking.
- All payments taken by your apartment management company are subject to a 4% credit card surcharge.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 7 days or no prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total balance.
