Situated in the very heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the location could not be better for the myriad of speciality luxury goods stores and restaurants within walking distance of Knightsbridge, Sloane Street and Kings Road. It is also a stone's throw from London's theatre land in the heart of the West End.
Splendid chic boutiques, exquisite antique shops and hundreds of charming 18th and 19th century houses make Chelsea one of the most desirable areas in London. Chelsea has been renowned as an elegant and fashionable place to live since the 16th Century. As a result its quiet residential streets are lined with beautiful old buildings.
Maid service is provided five days a week, Monday to Friday. The reception desk is manned 24 hours a day.
These attractive two bedroom apartments are situated between first and the third floors of the building. They are very comfortably equipped with two bedrooms, a large living / dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
The living/dining area provides comfortable sofas, reading lamps, work desk with chair, TV and a dining table with four chairs. DVD players can be provide on request for a charge of GBP 10.
The well equipped kitchen offers an fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
There are two spacious bedrooms, the first offering a king-size bed, which can be separated on request, whilst the second has two single beds. Both rooms have besdside tables, reading lamps and a hairdryer.
The private bathroom contains a bath (with shower head over), wash basin, heated towel rail, complimentary toiletries and bathrobes. An iron and ironing board, infant's cot and highchair, can be provided on request.
A temporary bed can be provided in the living room for a fifth guest.
Please note that all these apartments permit smoking and the air-conditioning is provided through the use of two mobile units.
Some of these apartments have balconies but allocation will be on request and is subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that stag or hen groups are not permitted to stay in these apartments.
- Further to your initial booking deposit, a second deposit of GBP 500 will be requested by the apartment manager, at the time of your booking. On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the rental amount in full.
- Cancellation Policy.
- You must provide at least 28 days notice of cancellation prior to your arrival to avoid a further cancellation charge equivalent to one night's rental charge.
- Olympic Booking Conditions:
- The following applies for any bookings between the 27th July - 12th August 2012.
- Further to the non refundable deposit taken by Loving Apartments. A deposit of 25% of the remaining amount will be taken by the apartment manager on booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to the date of your arrival.
- For reservations cancelled from the time of booking until 61 days prior 5% of the remaining balance will be retained. 60 - 31 days prior 25% of the remaining balance will be retained. 30-15 days prior 50% of the remaining balance will be retained. 14 days prior or less will incur the full charges being retained.
