- Cancellation must be notified 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation received after this time or no show , St Marks will retain or invoice the value of 7 nights accommodation.
- For stay of 30 nights and more:
- Cancellation must be notified 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation received after this time or no show , St Marks will retain or invoice the value of 14 nights accommodation.
