All apartments are located on the 8th and 9th floor and offer stunning views over Canary Wharf and Greenwich. In addition, the majority of apartments benefit from an outdoor terrace area.
The building is totally non smoking and has a secure entry system. Weekly maid and linen service is included. There is lift access and car parking is available nearby.
This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, a living room and kitchen area and a main bathroom plus an en suite bathroom.
The living area has a sofa, coffee tables, a small dining table and chairs, a flat screen TV with DVD player. WiFi internet is provided.
The kitchen area is well equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere pots, pans and utensils plus all the cutlery and crockery you will need.
The bedrooms both have a double bed. The bathrooms have a shower, a W.C, a hand basin. A hair dryer is provided.
The apartment also has an iron and ironing board, plus there is a washer dryer in the apartment.

- Telephone calls are charged separately to the WiFi internet access.
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Further to your initial deposit, balance payments by Diners Club and American Express Card (Amex) are subject to a 3% surcharge. Visa Credit Card and MasterCard are subject to a 1.5% surcharge. This does not apply to the initial booking deposit.
- Company Cheques are accepted in Pounds Sterling or Euro. Bank Transfer: Pounds Sterling or Euro (bank details are available on request).
- A security deposit to cover any additional charges, including breakages, damages and additional cleaning, may be taken on arrival at the apartment.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable).
- Stays of less than 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
- Stays of 7-27 nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will be applied.
- Stays of 28+ nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will apply.
- For group bookings (defined as three apartments booked by the same guest in the same building) , the minimum cancellation charges that will apply per group booking regardless of length of stay, are the same as for stays of 28+ nights as detailed above.
- Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10am.
- It may be possible to store luggage at the apartment address until check in for an extra charge.
- When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to GBP 100 plus VAT may be charged.
- Any changes made to a booking will be subject to an administration fee of GBP 25 plus VAT per booking which is payable to the apartment management company, together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Valid from 1st July - 31st August 2012. A minimum of 5 apartments must be booked. Minimum stay requirements are 28 nights.
- 50% of the remainder balance is due on booking, this is non refundable and non transferable.
- The remaining 50% is due 12 weeks prior to arrival and is non refundable and non transferable from this point.
